1.1. Responsible for the company's legal issues
- Advise the BOD and the BOM on legal issues (labor law, international joint ventures, corporate governance, ...) or suggest working directions with an external legal consulting organization
- Responsible for carrying out the company's legal procedures and documents such as: change of business registration, report on change of shareholder ownership, etc.
1.2. Building, checking and managing the company's policy system
- Work with departments to develop internal governance policies and monitor compliance with internal policies
- Check internal policy system to ensure compliance with legal regulations
- Research and report to the board of directors and the board of directors on factors that are likely to pose legal risks to the business. Consult or suggest directions to use outside legal consulting services.
1.3. Managing legal issues with external parties
- Coordinate with the Assistant department to contact external objects.
- Participate in legal activities as assigned by the BOD
- Participate in and exchange activities and negotiate with external parties including: external legal consultants, government agencies,..., to create a trusting relationship and handle issues complex issues with shareholders.
1.4. Participate in drafting contracts and documents issued by the company
- Participate in drafting and approving contracts, agreements and legal documents and documents
- Check the legitimacy of the above documents
- Prepare legal documents for the company. Responsible for checking, editing, supplementing and completing legal documents, documents and transaction documents to ensure compliance with the provisions of the enterprise law and other relevant laws.
1.5. Researching legal regulations related to the company's operations and updating amendments and supplements to current laws
2. QUALIFICATIONS
- BA degree in law or related fields;
- More than 2-year experience;
- A high level of attention to detail;
- Fluency in writing and reading English;
- Good organization, communication, time management & team work skills;
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks;
- Lawyer practicing certificate.
