Nanotox is used for treating glabellar wrinkles related to eyebrows wrinkles muscle in adults. The drug product is a highly purified, freeze-dried/liquid formulation of Botulinum neurotoxin type A as a single chain polypeptide with a molecular weight of approximately 150 kDa. Therefore, it is anticipated to be less immunogenic than other available Botulinum products. Botox injections work by weakening or paralyzing certain muscles or by blocking certain nerves. It takes 24-72 hours for botulinum toxin to take effect. The effects last about three to twelve months.
